This lot is a humble piece of deep red Jasper. It was collected from South Lanarkshire, from the parts of the Clyde before it hits Glasgow. Our side of the Clyde is clean enough nowadays to have those little fish that nibble your toes. They gave me a fright in summer. The otters are back. It's delightful.
This piece I picked on one of my dog walks down there. There are loads of pics and tiktoks of the area. This piece was brought home, tumbled, and is ready to find a home of its own. 
It is super cold and smooth this one. If you know what super cold means, this Scottish Jasper is probably for you.
