This piece of Scottish quartz crystal came from a trip to Dumfries and Galloway. It was collected just after Christmas in 2023. It was one of the few pieces to come out of the ice. 
This quartz crystal features a chunk of quartz with a glittering blanket of small quartz crystals on the surface. These catch the light as you move it around, making the crystal look as though it is sparkling.
